These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Tidy Vegas website, application, accounts, listings, service-request system, provider-bidding features, communications, and related services.

Tidy Vegas is operated by Starin Solutions, LLC in Las Vegas, Nevada. By accessing or using Tidy Vegas, creating an account, posting a service request, submitting a provider application, publishing a listing, responding to an opportunity, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Tidy Vegas.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to create an account, post a service request, submit a provider application, bid on work, or purchase a provider plan.

By using Tidy Vegas on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to act for and bind that business or organization.

2. Tidy Vegas Platform

Tidy Vegas may allow users to:

• Search for cleaning, maintenance, repair, and property-service providers
• View approved provider listings and profile information
• Create customer accounts
• Post service needs without immediately revealing direct contact information
• Receive provider responses, estimates, questions, or bids through an account
• Choose whether and when to release contact information to a provider
• Create provider accounts and submit provider applications
• Purchase Bid Only, Regular Listing, Featured Listing, or other available access
• Respond to matching customer requests
• Maintain provider profiles, services, availability, and service areas
• Communicate through available account features

Tidy Vegas may add, remove, suspend, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Tidy Vegas Is Not the Service Provider

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Tidy Vegas and Starin Solutions, LLC:

• Do not employ the listed providers
• Do not supervise or direct provider work
• Do not set the provider’s final price
• Do not guarantee provider availability
• Do not guarantee that a customer will hire a provider
• Do not guarantee that a provider will receive work
• Do not become a party to the customer-provider service agreement
• Do not warrant the quality, safety, legality, or completion of provider work
• Do not guarantee the accuracy of every listing, response, estimate, or user statement

The service agreement is between the customer and the selected provider. Customers and providers are responsible for discussing and documenting scope, price, timing, materials, access, warranties, permits, insurance, payment terms, cancellation terms, and any other service conditions.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate and reasonably complete information about the requested work
• Avoid posting unlawful, fraudulent, dangerous, or misleading requests
• Avoid requesting work that requires credentials the customer knows the provider does not hold
• Review provider information and ask appropriate questions before hiring
• Confirm price, scope, schedule, and payment terms directly with the provider
• Provide safe and lawful access to the service location
• Disclose known hazards or special conditions relevant to the work
• Use provider contact information only for legitimate service-related purposes
• Communicate respectfully and in good faith

Customers should independently determine whether a provider has any license, permit, insurance, bond, certification, registration, or other qualification required for the particular work.

5. Provider Responsibilities

Providers agree to:

• Provide accurate account, identity, business, and contact information
• Describe services, experience, service areas, pricing practices, and availability truthfully
• Maintain any legally required licenses, permits, insurance, bonds, registrations, or certifications
• Respond only to opportunities the provider is reasonably able and legally permitted to perform
• Honor representations made in listings, bids, responses, and communications
• Clearly disclose material terms, exclusions, fees, deposits, and limitations
• Protect customer information and use it only for legitimate service-related purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and safety requirements
• Communicate professionally and avoid harassment, pressure, or repeated unwanted outreach
• Promptly update inaccurate or outdated information

6. Contact Standards and Customer Privacy

Tidy Vegas is designed to limit unnecessary exposure of customer contact information. Providers may not attempt to bypass platform controls by pressuring customers to disclose contact information before the customer is ready.

Providers must not:

• Spam customers
• Send repeated unwanted messages
• Call, text, or email after being asked to stop
• Use customer information for unrelated marketing
• Sell, trade, disclose, or distribute customer information
• Add customers to mailing or text lists without appropriate permission
• Contact household members, employers, neighbors, or unrelated third parties to pressure a customer

Violations may result in warning, suspension, loss of bidding access, listing removal, account termination, or permanent exclusion.

7. Accounts and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity occurring through their accounts.

You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain a valid email address, and notify Tidy Vegas promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Tidy Vegas may require identity, email, payment, or account verification before allowing access to certain features.

Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared improperly, or used to impersonate another person or business.

8. Provider Plans and Access

Bid Only

Bid Only access permits an approved provider to receive and respond to eligible matching opportunities. Bid Only providers do not ordinarily appear in public provider search results.

Regular Listing

A Regular Listing may appear in applicable public searches and categories and includes provider bidding access while the account remains active and eligible.

Featured Listing

A Featured Listing may receive enhanced placement, priority above Regular Listings in applicable results, a Featured badge, and inclusion in available featured rotations.

Featured placement does not guarantee continuous homepage display, exclusive placement, a specific number of views, customer contacts, bids, leads, or completed jobs.

Free, Complimentary, or Administrative Listings

Tidy Vegas may create or authorize free, complimentary, promotional, community, administrative, or custom listings. Such listings may have different durations, access rights, renewal conditions, visibility, or features.

Tidy Vegas may modify or discontinue complimentary access unless a written agreement states otherwise.

9. Provider Review and Approval

Provider access may require application review and approval. Tidy Vegas may review submitted information and limited publicly available information for obvious inconsistencies, serious concerns, repeated poor reputation indicators, or other matters relevant to platform participation.

Tidy Vegas may request corrections, clarification, documentation, or additional information. Approval may be denied, suspended, limited, or revoked when information is incomplete, misleading, unverifiable, inconsistent, outdated, or raises reasonable platform concerns.

10. Listing Content

Providers remain responsible for all text, images, claims, links, credentials, pricing information, service descriptions, and other content submitted for a listing or provider profile.

Listing content must not:

• Be false, misleading, deceptive, or materially incomplete
• Misrepresent licenses, insurance, certifications, experience, or affiliations
• Use another party’s name, logo, images, or content without permission
• Include unlawful, discriminatory, threatening, obscene, or abusive material
• Advertise prohibited, dangerous, fraudulent, or unrelated services
• Contain malware, deceptive links, or unauthorized tracking
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, search visibility, or matching functions

Tidy Vegas may edit formatting, correct obvious presentation issues, request revisions, reject content, remove content, or unpublish a listing.

11. Keywords and Matching

Providers may submit keywords or phrases to assist with search and matching. Keywords may require review and approval and may not be visible publicly.

Tidy Vegas may clean, combine, deduplicate, reject, remove, or revise keywords that are inaccurate, misleading, excessive, prohibited, unrelated, or likely to impair search quality.

Matching is informational and may not identify every relevant provider or request. Tidy Vegas does not guarantee that any particular provider will receive, see, or be selected for an opportunity.

12. Bids, Responses, and Estimates

A provider response may include questions, qualifications, availability, estimates, price ranges, or proposed terms. Unless clearly stated and accepted as a binding agreement between the customer and provider, a response is not necessarily a final contract or guaranteed price.

Customers should confirm whether a quote is fixed, estimated, hourly, subject to inspection, dependent on materials, or subject to additional charges.

Providers must not use bait pricing, false urgency, fabricated discounts, undisclosed mandatory charges, or misleading claims.

13. Payments to Providers

Unless Tidy Vegas expressly offers a separate payment feature, customers pay providers directly under the terms agreed between them.

Tidy Vegas is not responsible for provider invoices, deposits, payment disputes, chargebacks, financing arrangements, liens, collections, refunds, damages, or unpaid balances arising from the customer-provider service relationship.

Customers should use reasonable caution before paying large deposits or making payment outside a documented agreement.

14. Payments to Tidy Vegas

Provider application fees, listing fees, access fees, and other platform charges are paid to Tidy Vegas under the pricing and terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment may be processed by Stripe, Zelle, or another disclosed method. Processing times and verification requirements may vary.

Refund and cancellation rules are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy .

15. Promotional Pricing and Rate Locks

Promotional pricing is available only during the stated promotional period and may be subject to eligibility, payment, approval, continuity, and account-maintenance requirements.

A rate lock applies only when expressly offered and only under the conditions stated with that offer. A lapse, cancellation, failed payment, expiration, downgrade, termination, or interruption may cause the protected rate to be lost.

Tidy Vegas may correct obvious pricing errors before accepting payment or activating access.

16. Reviews and Third-Party Reputation Links

Tidy Vegas may allow providers to submit links to third-party review or reputation profiles, including platforms such as Google, Yelp, BBB, Trustpilot, Facebook, Angi, Thumbtack, HomeAdvisor, Nextdoor, or other approved sources.

Tidy Vegas does not control the content, accuracy, availability, ranking, rating, or policies of third-party platforms. A link does not constitute endorsement by Tidy Vegas.

Providers may not submit fabricated profiles, misleading links, altered ratings, false review counts, or review information belonging to another business.

17. Reports and Complaints

Users may report a listing, provider, customer request, message, or other concern through available reporting tools or the Report a Listing page.

Reports should be truthful, specific, and submitted in good faith. A report does not automatically establish wrongdoing and does not automatically remove or penalize a listing.

Tidy Vegas may review reports, request information, preserve records, contact involved parties, limit access, suspend activity, or take no action depending on the available information and platform interests.

18. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Tidy Vegas to:

• Commit fraud, deception, theft, harassment, stalking, or unlawful discrimination
• Post false requests or submit false bids
• Impersonate another person, provider, company, or government entity
• Collect customer or provider information for unrelated marketing or resale
• Scrape, harvest, copy, index, or systematically extract platform data without permission
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, databases, servers, or administrative tools
• Upload malware, harmful code, or deceptive links
• Interfere with platform security, operation, matching, or communications
• Create duplicate or deceptive accounts
• Evade suspension, payment obligations, review, or approval requirements
• Manipulate search placement, reviews, reports, or platform records
• Use Tidy Vegas for illegal, dangerous, exploitative, or prohibited services

19. Intellectual Property

Tidy Vegas, its name, branding, design, software, text, graphics, layout, features, and original content are owned by or licensed to Starin Solutions, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Tidy Vegas intellectual property to any user.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Tidy Vegas content or technology except as expressly authorized.

20. User Content License

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to any rights held by others.

By submitting content to Tidy Vegas, you grant Starin Solutions, LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, publish, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve Tidy Vegas.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.

21. Third-Party Websites and Services

Tidy Vegas may link to provider websites, social-media accounts, payment processors, review platforms, mapping services, or other third-party resources.

Tidy Vegas does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, content, privacy, security, pricing, policies, or conduct. Users access third-party services at their own discretion.

22. Suspension and Termination

Tidy Vegas may suspend, restrict, deactivate, remove, decline, or terminate an account, listing, bidding access, payment status, or platform privilege when reasonably necessary to:

• Enforce these Terms or another Tidy Vegas policy
• Address nonpayment or failed payment
• Investigate fraud, misuse, reports, or security concerns
• Protect customers, providers, Tidy Vegas, or the public
• Comply with law or legal process
• Address inaccurate, misleading, outdated, or prohibited content
• Prevent disruption or abuse of the platform

Tidy Vegas may preserve relevant account, payment, communication, and audit records after suspension or termination.

23. Platform Availability

Tidy Vegas may experience maintenance, outages, interruptions, errors, delays, data loss, transmission failures, or third-party service failures.

Tidy Vegas does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access.

24. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tidy Vegas is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Starin Solutions, LLC disclaims warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, safety, and results.

Tidy Vegas does not warrant that:

• A provider is suitable for a particular customer or job
• A customer request is complete, genuine, funded, or available
• A listing, bid, estimate, review link, or user statement is accurate
• A provider will receive customers, responses, revenue, or work
• A customer will receive a particular number of bids or a particular price
• A transaction or service relationship will be successful or dispute-free

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starin Solutions, LLC and Tidy Vegas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, property damage, or losses arising from:

• Customer-provider communications or agreements
• Work performed, delayed, abandoned, defective, or not performed
• Provider conduct or customer conduct
• Payments, deposits, invoices, refunds, chargebacks, or collections
• Reliance on listings, responses, reviews, links, or user statements
• Unauthorized access, outages, errors, or data loss
• Suspension, removal, or termination of platform access

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, total liability arising from use of Tidy Vegas will not exceed the amount paid by the claimant directly to Tidy Vegas during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some provisions may not apply in every circumstance.

26. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Starin Solutions, LLC, Tidy Vegas, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

• Your use or misuse of Tidy Vegas
• Your content, listing, request, bid, message, or representation
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
• Your infringement of another party’s rights
• Your customer-provider transaction or service relationship

27. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding not subject to another written dispute-resolution agreement must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

28. Changes to These Terms

Tidy Vegas may revise these Terms as the platform, pricing, services, policies, or legal requirements change.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

29. Severability and Waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

30. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Listing Standards and Verification Policy, and any plan-specific or transaction- specific terms presented by Tidy Vegas constitute the agreement governing use of the platform.
