Tidy Vegas is operated by Starin Solutions, LLC in Las Vegas, Nevada. When a user chooses an alternative payment method such as Zelle, Tidy Vegas may receive payment references, sender information, transaction details, screenshots, or other information needed to review and verify the payment.

3. Customer Contact Information

Tidy Vegas is designed to allow customers to review provider responses before disclosing direct contact information.

When a customer posts a need, responding providers may initially receive information needed to evaluate the opportunity, such as the general type of service, approximate service area, requested timing, and description of the work. Unless the customer chooses otherwise, the provider will not initially receive the customer’s:

  • Full name
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Exact street address or service location

The customer may later choose to release some or all contact information to a selected provider. Once information is released, the provider’s use of that information is also governed by the provider’s own practices and obligations.

Tidy Vegas does not guarantee that a user will never disclose identifying information through a request description, uploaded photograph, message, or other content. Users should avoid including private contact details in open-text fields unless they intend to share them.

4. Provider Information and Public Listings

Providers may submit information for an internal provider record and, if eligible, a public listing. Information marked or intended for public display may be visible to visitors, search engines, and other users.

Public listing information may include:

  • Business or provider name
  • Logo or profile image
  • Business description
  • Services offered
  • General service area
  • Business hours and availability
  • Website and approved external links
  • Approved third-party review-profile links
  • Other information the provider submits for public display

Bid Only providers do not ordinarily appear in public provider search results. Tidy Vegas may still retain their account, application, verification, payment, service, service-area, and participation records for internal operations and bidding access.

5. How Information May Be Shared

We may share information in the following circumstances:

With Customers and Providers

Information may be shared as needed to operate listings, service requests, matching, bids, account communications, and customer-authorized contact release.

With Service Providers

We may use third parties that support hosting, email delivery, payment processing, security, analytics, database management, backups, website operations, and technical support. These parties may process information as needed to perform services for Tidy Vegas.

With Permission

We may share information when you request, authorize, or consent to the sharing.

6. Sale of Personal Information

Tidy Vegas does not sell customer contact information to service providers. Providers receive customer contact information only when the customer chooses to release it or otherwise provides it directly.

No website, application, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and should notify Tidy Vegas promptly if unauthorized account activity is suspected.

10. Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate and support active accounts

A parent or legal guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information may contact Tidy Vegas to request review and appropriate action.

14. Third-Party Websites and Providers

Tidy Vegas may contain links to provider websites, social-media pages, review platforms, payment processors, and other third-party services. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

Service providers listed on or responding through Tidy Vegas are independent parties. Tidy Vegas does not control every provider’s independent privacy, recordkeeping, communication, or data-security practices.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Tidy Vegas may update this Privacy Policy as the platform, services, technology, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
