Refund And Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: July 26, 2026
Tidy Vegas is operated by Starin Solutions, LLC in Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy explains cancellation, refund, payment-failure, renewal, and account-access rules for provider application fees, listing plans, bidding access, promotional pricing, and other charges paid directly to Tidy Vegas.
1. Charges Covered by This Policy
This policy applies to payments made directly to Tidy Vegas for:
- Bid Only provider applications and renewals
- Regular Listing plans
- Featured Listing plans
- Promotional listing offers
- Administrative, custom, or optional paid platform services
This policy does not govern payments made directly between customers and independent service providers.
2. Provider Plan Summary
Bid Only
Bid Only access currently requires a $20 application and review fee, generally renewed every two years.
Bid Only access allows an approved provider to respond to eligible matching service requests but does not include a public provider listing.
Regular Listing
A Regular Listing is an annual plan that includes public listing eligibility and bidding access while the account remains active, approved, paid, and otherwise eligible.
Featured Listing
A Featured Listing is an annual plan that includes public listing eligibility, bidding access, a Featured designation, enhanced placement, and inclusion in applicable featured rotations.
Featured status does not guarantee continuous Home Screen display, customer contacts, bids, jobs, sales, or revenue.
3. Bid Only Application And Review Fee
The Bid Only fee compensates Tidy Vegas for processing the application, reviewing submitted information, conducting a limited review, maintaining the provider record, and administering bidding eligibility.
The Bid Only fee is generally nonrefundable once application review has begun.
Payment does not guarantee approval. A provider may be declined when the application is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, unverifiable, outside platform standards, or otherwise ineligible.
When Tidy Vegas requests a correction, the applicant may be given one correction opportunity with a stated deadline. Failure to respond by the deadline does not create an automatic right to a refund.
4. Regular And Featured Listing Payments
Regular and Featured Listing payments provide access for the applicable paid term, subject to provider approval, continued eligibility, compliance with Tidy Vegas policies, and successful payment.
The listing term begins when Tidy Vegas activates the paid listing or on another date expressly stated during checkout or approval.
A provider does not receive a guaranteed number of impressions, searches, customer contacts, responses, bids, contracts, or completed jobs. Dissatisfaction with business results alone does not create an automatic right to a refund.
5. Cancellation Of Annual Listing Plans
A provider may request cancellation of a Regular or Featured Listing at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges when completed before the next renewal is processed. Unless Tidy Vegas expressly agrees otherwise, cancellation does not automatically produce a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current paid term.
Tidy Vegas may allow the listing to remain active through the end of the paid term or may deactivate it earlier at the provider’s request.
Bidding access included with a paid listing may end when the listing is canceled, expires, becomes unpaid, or is otherwise deactivated.
6. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted through the Contact Tidy Vegas page.
The request should include:
- Provider or business name
- Account email address
- Payment date
- Amount paid
- Payment method
- Transaction reference, when available
- Reason for the request
Tidy Vegas may request additional information to verify the payment, account holder, transaction, or circumstances.
7. Situations Where A Refund May Be Considered
Tidy Vegas may approve a full or partial refund when appropriate, including situations involving:
- A verified duplicate charge
- An incorrect amount charged by Tidy Vegas
- A payment processed after a timely cancellation request
- A technical failure that prevented Tidy Vegas from providing the purchased access
- A charge made without authorization, subject to reasonable verification
- A payment accepted for a service that Tidy Vegas determines it cannot provide
- Another exceptional circumstance approved by Tidy Vegas
Approval is based on the specific facts and does not establish a general right to refunds in other cases.
8. Situations Generally Not Eligible For Refund
Refunds are generally not provided when:
- A provider changes their mind after review or activation begins
- A provider receives fewer views, responses, leads, or jobs than expected
- A customer does not select the provider
- A provider fails to respond to available opportunities
- A provider fails to complete requested corrections by the deadline
- An application is declined for eligibility, accuracy, safety, or policy reasons
- A listing or bidding access is suspended for a policy violation
- A provider supplies false, misleading, incomplete, or unverifiable information
- A provider fails to maintain required licenses, credentials, insurance, or legal eligibility
- A provider allows a paid term to begin and later requests a prorated refund
- A promotional period ends or a lower price is later offered
- A provider loses a promotional rate due to a lapse or failed payment
9. Payment Processing Fees
When a refund is approved, Tidy Vegas may deduct payment-processing fees, bank fees, chargeback fees, or other nonrecoverable transaction costs when permitted by law and appropriate under the circumstances.
The amount returned may therefore be less than the original payment.
10. Promotional Pricing
Promotional prices apply only during the stated promotional period and subject to the terms displayed with the offer.
Promotional pricing does not apply retroactively to earlier purchases unless expressly stated.
The expiration of a promotion or the later availability of another offer does not create a refund or price-adjustment right.
11. Rate-Lock Guarantee
When Tidy Vegas offers a Rate-Lock Guarantee, the protected rate applies only under the stated eligibility and continuity requirements.
A rate lock may be lost through:
- Cancellation
- Expiration
- Failed or reversed payment
- Chargeback
- Account lapse
- Interruption in continuous paid listing status
- Termination for policy violations
- Another condition stated with the offer
A lost rate lock may be restored only through an exceptional administrative override documented by Tidy Vegas.
12. Renewals
Annual listing plans may renew automatically when automatic renewal is disclosed and authorized during signup or account management.
Providers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and reviewing renewal notices.
A provider seeking to avoid renewal should cancel before the renewal charge is processed.
Bid Only providers may receive advance notice before the two-year review and renewal deadline. Continued bidding access may require confirmation or correction of account information, payment of the renewal fee, and successful re-review.
13. Failed, Reversed, Or Canceled Payments
When a Regular or Featured Listing payment fails, is canceled, reversed, refunded, disputed, or charged back, Tidy Vegas may immediately:
- Deactivate the public listing
- Remove Featured placement
- Disable bidding access
- Place the account into payment review
- Remove promotional or rate-lock eligibility
- Request another valid payment method
Tidy Vegas may provide a temporary administrative override with an expiration date and documented reason, but is not required to do so.
14. Zelle And Manually Verified Payments
Payments made through Zelle or another manually reviewed method are not considered verified until Tidy Vegas confirms receipt and applies the payment to the correct account.
A screenshot or payment notice does not by itself establish final verification.
When a payment is mistakenly verified or later reversed, Tidy Vegas may reverse the verification, return the payment status to pending review, notify the provider, and adjust listing or bidding access.
15. Stripe Payments
Card payments may be processed through Stripe. Stripe may place temporary authorizations, decline transactions, apply fraud controls, or process refunds under its own systems and timing.
Tidy Vegas does not control the exact time required for a refund to appear on a cardholder’s account after it is issued.
16. Chargebacks And Payment Disputes
Providers should contact Tidy Vegas before initiating a chargeback so the issue can be reviewed.
A chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension of the listing and bidding access while the matter is reviewed.
Tidy Vegas may provide the payment processor with relevant account, transaction, acceptance, login, listing, communication, and service- delivery records in response to a payment dispute.
17. Suspension Or Termination For Policy Violations
Tidy Vegas may suspend or terminate access for fraud, deception, spam, harassment, customer privacy violations, unsafe conduct, prohibited services, false claims, misuse of the platform, or other serious policy violations.
Fees are generally not refundable when access is suspended or terminated because of the provider’s conduct or policy violation.
18. Provider-Initiated Deactivation
A provider may ask Tidy Vegas to hide or deactivate a public listing without immediately deleting the underlying provider record.
Deactivation does not automatically cancel future billing unless the applicable paid plan is also canceled.
Providers should clearly request both deactivation and cancellation when both are intended.
19. Account Closure
Closing an account does not eliminate amounts already owed, completed charges, chargeback obligations, legal responsibilities, or records Tidy Vegas is permitted or required to retain.
Relevant payment, approval, complaint, audit, security, and communication records may remain after closure.
20. Customer And Provider Service Disputes
Customers and providers should agree directly on:
- Scope of work
- Price and payment schedule
- Deposits
- Materials
- Cancellation terms
- Refund terms
- Warranties
- Change orders
- Completion and acceptance
Tidy Vegas may review reports concerning platform conduct but does not automatically arbitrate or reimburse independent service disputes.
21. Timing Of Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method when reasonably possible.
Processing time varies by payment method, bank, card issuer, and payment processor.
Tidy Vegas may require additional time for manually verified payments, suspected fraud, disputed transactions, account mismatches, or incomplete refund information.
22. Administrative Adjustments
Tidy Vegas may issue account credits, extensions, partial refunds, fee waivers, temporary access, or other adjustments as an administrative accommodation.
An accommodation is discretionary and does not change this policy or require the same result in another case.
23. Policy Changes
Tidy Vegas may update this policy as pricing, payment methods, provider plans, platform features, or legal requirements change.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
