Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: July 26, 2026

Tidy Vegas is operated by Starin Solutions, LLC in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are committed to making the Tidy Vegas website, application, account features, provider listings, service-request tools, and related content reasonably accessible to people with disabilities.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. As Tidy Vegas grows and changes, we intend to continue reviewing the platform, correcting identified barriers, and improving access where reasonably possible.

Need Assistance? If a disability-related barrier prevents you from using a Tidy Vegas feature, locating information, posting a need, reviewing provider responses, submitting a provider application, or managing an account, please contact us. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or assistance through another available method.

1. Accessibility Goals

Tidy Vegas seeks to provide an experience that supports users with a wide range of disabilities, including people who may use:

  • Screen readers
  • Keyboard-only navigation
  • Voice-recognition software
  • Screen magnification
  • High-contrast settings
  • Text enlargement
  • Alternative input devices
  • Captions, transcripts, or other communication aids

2. Accessibility Standards

Tidy Vegas uses recognized web-accessibility guidance as a reference when reviewing and improving the website and application.

Our accessibility efforts may consider the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, commonly known as WCAG, including principles related to content being perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

Reference to an accessibility standard does not mean that every page, feature, third-party tool, or item of user-submitted content currently satisfies every requirement of that standard.

3. Measures We May Use

Depending on the page, feature, and technology involved, accessibility measures may include:

  • Clear page headings and content structure
  • Descriptive page titles and link text
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls
  • Visible focus indicators
  • Readable text sizing and spacing
  • Sufficient color contrast where reasonably possible
  • Alternative text for meaningful images
  • Labels and instructions for form fields
  • Error messages that help users correct form entries
  • Responsive layouts for different screen sizes
  • Avoidance of unnecessary flashing or rapidly moving content
  • Captions, transcripts, or text alternatives where appropriate

4. Tidy Vegas Account and App Features

Accessibility efforts may apply to features such as:

  • Customer registration and login
  • Provider registration and login
  • Provider searches and listings
  • Customer service-request forms
  • Provider bids and responses
  • Customer and provider dashboards
  • Payment and application screens
  • Notification settings
  • Administrative and support forms

Some complex interactive features may require additional accessibility review or improvement as the platform develops.

5. Embedded and Third-Party Content

Tidy Vegas may use third-party services or embedded tools for functions such as:

  • Payment processing
  • Cookie-preference controls
  • Maps and location information
  • Video or audio content
  • Forms and communications
  • Analytics and security
  • Provider websites and review-platform links

Tidy Vegas does not control every aspect of third-party accessibility. Accessibility concerns involving a third-party service may need to be addressed by that provider, but users may still report the issue to Tidy Vegas so we can review available alternatives.

6. Provider and User-Submitted Content

Provider listings, logos, photographs, descriptions, uploaded files, links, messages, and other user-submitted content may not always meet the same accessibility standards as content created directly by Tidy Vegas.

Tidy Vegas may correct formatting, request revisions, add available text descriptions, or remove content when necessary to address a significant accessibility concern.

7. Browser and Device Compatibility

Tidy Vegas is intended to work with commonly used modern browsers, computers, tablets, and mobile devices.

Accessibility and functionality may vary depending on:

  • The browser and browser version
  • The operating system
  • The device
  • Assistive technology settings
  • Browser extensions
  • Security or privacy settings
  • Whether JavaScript, cookies, or essential features are disabled

Using a current browser and operating-system version may improve compatibility and security.

8. Requesting Assistance or an Alternative Format

A user may request reasonable assistance or an alternative method of accessing information when a disability-related barrier prevents use of the website or application.

Examples may include:

  • Help locating a provider listing
  • Help understanding information displayed on a page
  • Assistance posting a service need
  • Assistance reviewing account information
  • Help submitting a provider application
  • A text version of information presented visually
  • Assistance with a form or inaccessible control

Tidy Vegas may need to confirm the user’s request, identify the affected page or feature, and determine a reasonable available method of assistance.

9. How to Report an Accessibility Problem

Accessibility concerns may be submitted through the Contact Tidy Vegas page.

To help us investigate, please provide:

  • The page address or name of the affected feature
  • A description of the problem
  • The browser and device being used
  • The assistive technology being used, when relevant
  • The action you were attempting to complete
  • Your preferred method of response

Please do not include passwords, complete payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information.

10. Response and Review

We aim to acknowledge accessibility concerns within a reasonable period. The time needed to investigate or correct an issue may depend on the complexity of the feature, the technology involved, the availability of a practical correction, and whether a third-party service is involved.

Tidy Vegas may provide temporary assistance or an alternative method of access while a technical issue is reviewed.

11. No Retaliation

Tidy Vegas will not intentionally deny platform access or retaliate against a person for making a good-faith accessibility request or reporting an accessibility concern.

12. Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility needs, technologies, standards, and platform features change over time. Tidy Vegas may periodically review:

  • New website pages and app features
  • Forms and interactive controls
  • Color, text, and visual presentation
  • Keyboard operation
  • Images and media
  • Third-party tools
  • User-reported barriers

Updates may be prioritized based on the severity of the barrier, frequency of use, technical feasibility, available resources, and effect on users.

13. Changes to This Statement

Tidy Vegas may update this Accessibility Statement as the platform, accessibility practices, technology, or applicable guidance changes.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
