Report A Listing

Tidy Vegas is operated by Starin Solutions, LLC in Las Vegas, Nevada. We encourage users, providers, businesses, property owners, and members of the public to report listings that may be inaccurate, misleading, outdated, unsafe, unlawful, impersonating another business, or otherwise inconsistent with Tidy Vegas standards.
1. Reasons To Report A Listing
A listing may be reported for concerns including:
- Incorrect business name, contact information, or service area
- A business that appears permanently closed or no longer operating
- A listing that impersonates another person or business
- False or misleading service claims
- Misrepresented licenses, insurance, certifications, or experience
- Services the provider may not be legally authorized to perform
- False affiliations, awards, approvals, or endorsements
- Misleading pricing, discounts, guarantees, or promotional claims
- Images, logos, text, or other content used without permission
- A review profile or website belonging to another business
- Fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, discriminatory, or abusive content
- Spam, harassment, repeated unwanted contact, or misuse of customer information
- Unsafe, illegal, prohibited, or inappropriate services
- A broken, malicious, deceptive, or unrelated link
- Another material violation of Tidy Vegas policies
2. Information To Include
A useful report should provide enough information for Tidy Vegas to locate the listing and understand the concern.
Please include, when available:
- The provider or business name
- The Tidy Vegas listing or profile address
- The specific information or conduct being reported
- Why you believe the information is inaccurate or concerning
- Relevant dates or communications
- A public source, document, screenshot, or supporting link
- Your name and email address for follow-up
Please explain the concern clearly and identify the exact statement, service, image, link, credential, or conduct involved.
3. Good-Faith Reports
Reports must be submitted honestly and in good faith.
You may not use the reporting system to:
- Harass a provider or competitor
- Submit information you know is false
- Manipulate listing placement or search results
- Pressure a provider in an unrelated dispute
- Retaliate against someone for lawful competition or criticism
- Submit repeated duplicate reports without new information
- Threaten, intimidate, or extort another person or business
Deliberately false, abusive, or manipulative reports may result in account restrictions or other appropriate action.
4. What Happens After A Report Is Submitted
Tidy Vegas may:
- Confirm receipt of the report
- Review the listing and available account records
- Review publicly available information
- Request clarification or supporting material
- Contact the provider or reporting party
- Request that the provider correct or explain information
- Temporarily limit visibility or access during review
- Correct, remove, or reject specific listing content
- Suspend listing or bidding access
- Deactivate or remove the listing
- Take no action when the available information does not establish a violation
5. Provider Response And Corrections
When appropriate, Tidy Vegas may notify the provider and allow the provider to submit an explanation, correction, updated information, or supporting documentation.
Tidy Vegas may establish a response deadline. Failure to respond may be considered when determining whether the listing should remain active.
Corrected information may require administrative approval before becoming publicly visible.
6. Licensing And Government Records
Concerns involving licensing, permits, registrations, or professional credentials may also be reported directly to the appropriate government or licensing authority.
Tidy Vegas may review publicly available credential information but does not replace official government verification, investigation, or enforcement.
7. Service And Payment Disputes
Tidy Vegas may review whether a provider’s conduct violated platform rules, but Tidy Vegas is not automatically responsible for resolving or paying claims involving:
- Workmanship
- Incomplete or delayed work
- Deposits or invoices
- Refunds between customers and providers
- Property damage
- Contract disagreements
- Warranty claims
- Personal injury
Customers and providers may need to use applicable contracts, insurance, licensing authorities, consumer agencies, mediation, or legal remedies.
8. Emergencies And Immediate Danger
The Tidy Vegas reporting system is not an emergency service.
If someone is in immediate danger, a crime is occurring, or urgent police, fire, or medical assistance is needed, contact the appropriate emergency authority.
9. Confidentiality
Tidy Vegas will use reasonable care when handling report information, but complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
Information may be shared when reasonably necessary to investigate the report, obtain a response, protect users, enforce policies, respond to legal process, or defend legal rights.
Anonymous reports may be reviewed, but the inability to ask follow-up questions or verify information may limit the review.
10. Sensitive Information
Please do not submit:
- Complete Social Security numbers
- Complete payment-card numbers
- Bank-account numbers
- Passwords or login credentials
- Unredacted government identification
- Medical information unrelated to the report
- Private information about uninvolved individuals
Redact unnecessary sensitive information before submitting documents or screenshots.
11. Broken Review Or Website Links
Users may report a provider website, social-media page, or third-party review link that is broken, misleading, unrelated, unsafe, or connected to a different business.
Tidy Vegas may remove or disable a link while it is reviewed.
12. Response Times
Tidy Vegas aims to acknowledge reports within a reasonable period.
Review time may vary based on the seriousness of the concern, available evidence, need for provider response, public-record availability, and involvement of third parties.
Tidy Vegas may not be able to provide the reporting party with every internal detail, document, or enforcement decision.
